About Lydia
With 11 years of teaching experience, I am a passionate Singing tutor who has successfully trained more than 175 students across all learning levels. I teach children, teenagers, and adults with equal care and attention. My aim is to help students discover their true voice and enjoy their singing journey. My lessons are fully personalised to suit each student’s voice type and comfort level. I focus on essential vocal skills such as breathing technique, voice control, pitch correction, clarity, and vocal flexibility. I also guide students in emotional expression and performance confidence. My teaching approach is friendly, motivating, and easy to understand. I use practical exercises, repeated practice, and performance-based learning. Along with singing, I teach rhythm, ear training, and basic music theory. My unique strength is my ability to motivate shy students and help them sing with confidence. I believe in steady improvement through regular practice and positive guidance.

Communication creates an interactive environment where students ask questions, share ideas, and receive detailed feedback to refine tone, pitch, phrasing, breath support, and musicality. Integrity ensures honesty, disciplined practice, and a professional, respectful learning environment. Creativity allows students to explore different styles, improvisation, and develop a personal voice. I also teach music theory, rhythm, ear training, and stage presence for a well-rounded foundation. Lessons are customised to skill level, goals, and interests, combining structured exercises, performance practice, and interactive activities. This approach strengthens technical mastery, expressive performance, confidence, and stage presence while fostering a lifelong love for music.
