About Lily
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I also hold a Master’s degree in Adult Education from UBC and a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology. I’m a life-long learner and I completed the certificate in Intercultural Studies and Certificate in Organizational Coaching at UBC. I have over 20 years experience in Higher Education and IT industry. I am passionate about supporting young or international trained professionals finding their passion and thriving in their chosen career path.
