About Christian
I know from more than 3,250 hours of experience in career, study and career advice: deciding on a suitable course of study or finding the right job is not easy for prospective adults. A huge offer, well-intentioned advice and the fear of closing other doors with a decision. That is why I accompany students on the way to a decision and the good feeling of looking forward to the future - especially now in the time of the Corona crisis. As a labor market manager (BA) and M.Sc. in positive psychology, I have experience working in the career counseling team at the Aachen-Düren employment agency, as a study advisor at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, and from four years of career counseling as a freelancer.

1. Narrative, biographical interview: We talk about your life; what distinguishes you, makes you strong, fulfills and gives you a sense of meaning. This creates a common understanding and clarity for orientation. On request, I recommend various professional, personality and interest tests or evaluate the results together with you. 2. Development of options: We then playfully work together to develop career opportunities or fields of study for you. We bundle offers and information so that you gain insight and feel more secure. 3. Information and implementation: The individual options want to be discovered - with a lot of curiosity and ease we clarify open questions, you learn about them and gain an understanding of which steps have to be taken from now on.
