About Jas

Hey all, I’m Jas a Career Coach and former recruiter with experience across Finance, Banking, FinTech, and Big 4 organisations.

Throughout my career in recruitment, I had the opportunity to meet and support people from all walks of life—graduates taking their first steps into the job market, international students building careers in a new country, and experienced professionals seeking their next opportunity. I saw first-hand how many talented individuals struggled not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked the guidance, confidence, and insight needed to navigate the recruitment process successfully.

While I valued my time in recruitment and the experience it gave me, I found myself increasingly drawn to the people side of the profession. The commercial and sales-driven aspects of recruitment did not align with my personal values as strongly as helping individuals achieve their goals and realise their potential. I wanted to spend more time supporting people directly, rather than focusing on targets and placements.

This is what inspired me to become a career coach.

I am passionate about helping people recognise their strengths, build confidence, and take meaningful steps towards achieving their career goals. Whether you are a graduate entering the workforce, an international student navigating a competitive job market, or an experienced professional seeking growth, I am committed to providing honest guidance, practical strategies, and encouragement every step of the way.

For me, career coaching is about more than helping someone secure a job. It is about empowering people to believe in their abilities, make informed decisions about their future, and create opportunities that align with their ambitions and values.
