Methodology
My teaching approach is to communicate in conversation about your needs and interests. After that, I show some resources, discuss the importance of various steps to accomplishing the task of the appointment. Then I let you practice on your own. I lastly have a follow up to provide additional feedback and get a progress update on your learning and understanding.
Background
I am a Career Coach at the University of Central Missouri in their Career Services Center. I have met with over 100 students in the 1.5 years I have worked there. Students I have worked with have landed interviews, gone into interviews with confidence, and were successful in maneuvering their application documents and career readiness.
