About Tevin

I started my career in advertising as a copywriter, working with ideas, clients and deadlines that never seemed to end. It taught me how to think fast, communicate clearly and create impact. But after a while, I realised I was burnt out building other people’s visions instead of my own. That’s when I decided to take a different path. I started a few businesses, gained funding and recognition along the way, and learned more from failure than I ever did from success. Those years gave me real lessons in leadership, problem solving and resilience. Eventually I wanted to take what I had learned and use it to help others move forward in their own careers. That led me into employability and coaching. I've supported over 200+ people back into work and help rediscover what purpose feels like. I also lead a university careers programme that gained national recognition for its impact on students and employers. Now I combine everything I’ve learned - creativity from advertising, practicality from entrepreneurship and empathy from coaching to help people find clarity, confidence and direction in THEIR careers.

About the lesson

My coaching sessions are 1:1 and can be online or in person, depending on what works best for you. Each session is fully tailored. We’ll start with an introductory chat to explore what you need, whether that’s reflective coaching to find clarity or practical support with your CV, interviews, or next career step. I use tried and tested frameworks and tools, but I keep things human. With five years of experience supporting students, career changers, professionals building confidence, and people returning to work, I’ve seen that no two clients are ever the same. Some walk away with sharper interview skills, others with a clear plan or a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. Sessions last 60 minutes and are a mix of challenge and support, the kind of space where you can think honestly, gain perspective, and leave with a clearer direction. Clients often describe my coaching as challenging, empathetic, and curious, and that’s exactly how I want it to feel.
