About Nancy

Nice to e-meet you! I am the founder of ONE STEP UP, an employability and entrepreneurship support service to help students amplify their career and financial portfolios. If you struggle with: 🟠 finding, applying for jobs and maintaining employment 🟠 knowing how to sell yourself 🟠 writing tailored resumes, cover letters and statements addressing the selection criteria 🟠 creating sales pitches for different settings e.g. networking events 🟠 communicating professionally and effectively (e.g. negotiating, speaking diplomatically, presenting, conflict resolution, etc.) 🟠 dreaming big 🟠 feeling confident with xyz then I'm here to help you feel confident, inspired and motivated! For resumes/cover letters/statements addressing the selection criteria, I offer two different packages: 1) x1 resume and x1 cover letter (non gov't roles) $399 (includes a 2nd revision at no additional costs) 2) x1 resume, x1 cover letter and x1 statement addressing the selection criteria $699 (includes a 2nd revision at no additional costs) A little bit about myself: Throughout my career, I contributed to the delivery of small to large-scale health projects, community health programs and initiatives that focused on tackling national priority areas including obesity and chronic diseases, alcohol, Aboriginal health, and child health. Some of my achievements include: 🟡 a nationwide project to increase the diagnostic service capacity for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) 🟡 a state-wide health system reform project to review and refine WAPHA’s operating model, workflows, and systems 🟡 commissioning of Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) including management and monitoring of a risk register, and reporting of highly sensitive data to the PCH Taskforce 🟡 publication of two nutrition papers with multidisciplinary teams I've mentored 100+ university students. I've planned, delivered and evaluated educational programs. So yes I'm very experienced and I know how to help you!

About the lesson

My approach is simple. I understand people's needs and their struggles and tailor my teachings to address those concerns. I offer creative, practical tools and strategies to help people increase their chances of securing employment opportunities. We all know life is tough, but there is no need for us to struggle on our own. There is help available: resources and people. Let me be both to help you feel confident, inspired and confident in achieving your small and big wins in life.
