About Dr SHEEBA

Dr Sheeba Thomas Executive Director of Glocon Training and Research Private Ltd. In the Past worked as the Dean - Academic Affairs and headed the Study Abroad Program and Corporate education and training at International Center for Management and India Studies ICMIS. Twenty years of Progressive teaching and training in Education, Accounting, Research Management, Marketing and Team building. Excellent expertise in Managing and Organizing Programs and belief has been in value addition to the team through objectivity and Creativity. Has been a Visiting faculty at various Institutions and Universities in India and Abroad and has developed curriculum, extended input to the curriculum of value based education to students in India and for Credit courses in American Universities.

About the lesson

Use of Psychometric Tool- Strong Interest Inventory - online test for 20 minutes , reports will be generated regarding the students interest and 2-3 hours individual/ group counselling with feedback individually and a 1 hour Parenting session if required .
