My teaching method is practical in nature and my focus is on making my students better. Hence, mistake is acceptable, failing during lesson is encouraged, because your mistake is what I want to correct. So I like it when my students are open to me even to the extent of discussing personal issues outside academy , and also appreciate it when my students are willing to learn and improve themselves. Assignment must be done and submitted within slated date,class discussion and contribution is my system of teaching, so my students must be willing to contribute during class. Note. Learning is best, when people share ideas hence, no man is an island of knowledge.
