About Steven
I am a motivated CEGEP student with a strong interest in mathematics, science, and technology, and I am working toward studying computer engineering at McGill or Waterloo. Outside of school, I am passionate about martial arts and fitness, which have taught me discipline, patience, consistency, and the importance of gradual improvement. I bring those same qualities to tutoring. I understand that every student learns differently, so I create a relaxed and encouraging environment where students can ask questions freely, build confidence, and strengthen their problem-solving skills without feeling judged.

I offer patient, step-by-step math tutoring for high school students who want to improve their understanding, grades, and confidence. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s current level and goals. We can review difficult concepts, complete practice problems, prepare for tests, or work through homework together. I focus on explaining the reasoning behind each step rather than simply giving answers, so students can solve similar questions independently. My lessons are supportive, organized, and paced according to the student’s needs.
