About David

Teaching is one of my passions. I love to be with my students at every step of their career. I started playing cello at the age of 8. And this has been my life for 18 years. I've played with great orchestras in Cuba, as a soloist and as a group member. I've gathered the skills to perform all kinds of programs and I love to pass that knowledge to my students. I believe that with passion and dedication every person can become a great interpreter. My goal is to help you get the best of you and make it fun while we grow together. As a teacher, I learn too with every student that comes to my classes. I love to make a real connection with them, since that's what I learned from my professors. I speak Spanish and Italian too. Hispanic students can take their lessons in Spanish. Let's get the best of you!

About the lesson

Focus on the improvement of techniques for the performance of the student. Interpretation of the pieces, style, and all the tools needed for a better sound with the instrument. Creation of a customized program for every student, based on the skill level and the goals desired with the instrument. At a more advanced level, I teach improvisation and other tricks for a better performance. Total commitment to the progress of the student.
