About Sali
I have several years of experiences teachings students with the age range between 16 and late40s/early 50s. I have also done private tutoring to young children; ages 7 to 12 years old. I believe that a lesson should always be fun and engaging as well as relevant. It's important to me to build a safe environment with my students and allow their imagination and confidence to flourish.

I identify myself as a third culture kid due to the traveling and resettling in different continents throughout my life. I know all the fears and struggles related to learning a new language, which is exactly why I decided to become an ESL lecturer; to help facilitate the process for others using my expertise and first hand experience. I also enjoy incorporating different approaches and learning styles in my lesson planning to ensure a thorough and an engaging lesson every time. Establishing a solid teacher-student rapport is fundamental to me as it creates a safe learning space for everyone involved.
