About Deniz Dilek
Hello, my name is Deniz. I am a certified yoga instructor, trained in Turkey, with a passion for creating calm, balanced, and body-focused sessions. My classes combine breathing techniques, gentle stretching, and mindfulness to help you release stress and reconnect with your body. Whether you’re a beginner or already familiar with yoga, I will guide you step-by-step in a supportive and encouraging environment. Lessons are available both online and in person. The first class is an introduction where we explore your goals and create a personalised plan for your journey.

My lessons are designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Depending on your goals, we can focus on flexibility, posture, strength, or mindfulness. I adapt every session to your personal level — from absolute beginners to those with experience. Classes can be held online or in person, in a calm and supportive atmosphere. All you need is a yoga mat and an open mind.
