I have been working with Deepti for over a year now. In the course of one year I have become stronger and more flexible thanks to the routines Deepti has incorporated in my sessions. The variations in the routines have helped me to stay motivated and challenged.

Deepti’s opposite stretching after each workout routine involving stretching the opposing muscle group, to improve flexibility, reduce soreness, and balance muscular tension has kept me injury free and ready for each session.

Deepti has been an amazing yoga teacher helping me become stronger and flexible. I like the format of the session and the asanas covered in 1 hour time including warmups , strength and flexibility exercises and the breathing exercises. I strongly recommend her as the teacher if you plan to take yoga classes regularly.

Her skills are very varied. Her sessions have been in yoga, Pilates, body weight, and exercises with loops, bands, and weights. She is punctual. She proctors the class as per your needs. I have lower back pain. She included a lot of yoga poses to tackle that. She included back stretches as well as multiple variations of side stretches.
She is committed and in rare of the cases she had to cancel, she gave me ample amount of notice. She was kind enough to provide me weekend classes to make up for a couple of classes that I had to cancel. Quite accommodative. I have been doing half hour instead of 1 hour. She makes sure that the half hour is power packed and filled with great poses.

I am training under deepti ma’am from past three months. She is a dedicated and ideal instructor. She is very flexible with her timings too. Trains the client as per their needs and body type. Really glad to find a good yoga instructor finally!!

I had one of my best yoga experiences with Ms. Deepti. I was a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but Ms. Deepti was knowledgeable and helpful, she went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. I would highly recommend
