About Reka
I am an ayurvedic yoga therapist who has started practicing yoga in 2012. In 2013 I have decided to deepen my knowladge and registered for my firts yoga teacher training program. At that part of my life I was in the middle of my international career and I had no intention to teach. After meeting my teacher Dr Indu Arora my whole life has changed. I started practicing even more and after compleating the course I have started taking clients for free of charge. In 2016 I continued my studies with Dr Arora and graduated as a Yoga Therapist.
I got pregnant in 2016 and that wonderful experience and the child birth have tranformed my life and personal yoga practice a lot. I have also completed the pregnancy and baby&mother yoga course.
I am currently part of a special yoga course for women as I belive in life long learning.
Since 2014 I have offered group classes and since 2017 private lessons with ayurvedic consultations. Before COVID2019 I had classes in several studios and offered workshops. For safety reasons I teach currently exlusively online.
Yoga has changed my life and helps me to be able to cope with the changes of life.

I base my classes\consultations on the concept that 'nothing has the greatest power to heal but self'.
I do listen to my clients needs and create a unique plan as all of us are different. My ultimate goal is to explore the root causes and from there building up something that nurtures the body and the mind.
