My background in performing and training has allowed me to really understand the body and approach each student with the care and support they need.

About the lesson

Pilates allows you to not only shift your body and make progress physically, but also emotionally and mentally. This method opens space for you to come back to a peaceful mind, a strong body and a flow of new emotions.
With my BCP core, I aim to bring you back to your body by focusing on what you need individually and what is right for your specific body type. and aim to raise your awareness of your own body, allowing you to improve not only in class, but outside of it when you leave too.

All sessions are 1 hour. However, shorter or longer can be arranged.
I teach all ages 17+, all levels are welcome.

- £45 for online sessions.
- £80 per session If you wish to travel to my studio. (Central or North London)
- If I travel to you, the rate will be different depending on where you are.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make the session, please ensure to cancel 24 prior to the class to get a refund.
