About Vanessa
I am Vanessa, a Registered Behavioral Technician based in Los Angeles with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and a range of developmental and behavioral differences.
I hold an active RBT certification through the BACB and a CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification. I am also currently completing my Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Redlands. I have worked across public school districts and private settings, supporting children, coaching caregivers, and training staff on behavior management strategies.
I got into this work because I genuinely believe that understanding behavior changes everything for a family. When a parent understands what is driving their child's behavior, everything shifts. That is what I show up to do every single session.

My sessions are practical, warm, and judgment free. We work on real life behavior management tools and strategies you can actually use the same day. Things like understanding why a behavior is happening in the first place, building routines that stick, managing meltdowns without making things worse, reducing power struggles, and creating consistency between home and school.
Every session is tailored to your specific situation because no two children and no two families are exactly alike. You will leave each session with something concrete, not just theory.
