About Wendy
I have been teaching students of all ages, in person and online. I teach Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies and Art to elementary school students. I also teach English as a second language or Spanish to students of all ages.
My Bachelor degree is in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Psychology. My master degree is in Education. Previously, I studied Pedagogy. I am a Core-Subject EC-6 and Secondary Bilingual Certified Teacher.

I like to individualize my lessons according to the academic needs of my students. I use different strategies to help my students to succeed in the subjects they are having difficulties with. I like to engage and motivate my students in order to have fun while learning. I have high expectations of all my students and I know they are capable of achieving their best.
