About Seth
I have co-trained professional boxers and competed in boxing, wrestling, and mixed martial arts in the past. Over 30 years in combined training and coaching in boxing, wrestling, and mixed martial arts. With a PhD in mass communication and a Master of Fine Arts degree, I am also interested in non-martial arts. I currently train boxers at an elite private club and teach film at a top university in Los Angeles -- the one with famous film alumni and a lot of Heisman winners.

I specialize in reaction pad/mitt training based on professional boxing strategy and scenarios.
You will learn:
Elite footwork
Proper breathing, balance, and techniques
Effective punching combinations
Defense and counterpunching
Actual professional strategy (even if you're not trying to compete, professional context and knowledge makes it more fun to train).
Lessons and sessions can be a mix of technique and intense training.
Sessions consist of 100% boxing (no fillers such as running, pushups, jumping jacks, etc).
I can train everyone from beginners to seasoned professionals. Training regimen and sessions will be catered to your ability and desire. Most people stick to standard boxing but I can also integrate mixed martial arts such as kicks, knees, elbows, and takedowns.
