About Yi
With 9 years of systematic Chinese martial arts training by a well-known Sifu master and over 4 years of teaching experience, I am a dedicated and professional Tai Chi, Qigong, and Kung Fu instructor committed to helping students improve their health, confidence, and overall well-being. I have taught diverse groups, including children, adults, and seniors, through private lessons, community programs, retirement homes, and wellness-focused environments. I have also collaborated with health and wellness clinics, where I provided adapted movement practices focused on mobility, relaxation, balance, and physical well-being.
My experience working with different age groups allows me to create safe, personalized, and accessible classes tailored to each student’s needs and abilities. Combining authentic Chinese martial arts knowledge with a patient and supportive teaching style, I strive to make every lesson meaningful, enjoyable, and beneficial for long-term health.
