I am a certified life, relationship, communication, and trauma coach. I founded and ran an online magazine aimed at supporting and providing resources to people who felt defeated and unworthy. Today I provide therapy to couples and individuals struggling with communication, trauma, and a variety of other challenges.

We begin sessions with a deep dive into the individual, their past, family, friendships, and relationships. We identify triggers and traumas, then create a healthy, sustainable path forward.
