About Simon
I am a certified IT professional, technical trainer and Cloud Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Engineer with over five years of experience in the Information Technology industry. I hold multiple internationally recognized certifications including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Linux+, as well as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 certifications.
I have experience working in IT support, systems administration, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity and technical training. I am passionate about helping students and professionals build practical technology skills that can improve their careers and confidence in the IT field.
My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex technical concepts through practical examples, demonstrations and hands-on learning. I enjoy mentoring learners from beginner to advanced levels and helping them achieve certification success, career growth and real-world IT competence.
I believe technology education should be practical, engaging and aligned with current industry demands, especially in networking, cloud computing and cybersecurity.
