As an educator, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. I believe every student deserves to feel valued, supported, and capable of success. In my Reading and Math instruction, I provide a strong academic structure that builds skills step-by-step, nurtures confidence, and creates a safe environment for learning. Teaching Methods & Techniques
My instruction follows a gradual release model—*I do, we do, you do*—to ensure students build confidence and independence. Each lesson includes clear modeling, guided practice, independent work, and a short assessment to check understanding. I create a supportive, patient, and caring learning environment, always recognizing that growth takes time and every student learns at their own pace. My lessons are designed for elementary through 6th-grade students and are tailored to meet their individual academic needs in reading and math.
