About Yolande

I am an experienced human resources leader, business professional, educator, and doctoral scholar based in the United States. I hold an MBA in General Management, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a New Jersey teaching credential in English as a Second Language. I am also pursuing a Doctor of Management in Organizational Development and Change.

My professional background includes leadership, employee development, coaching, training, recruitment, workplace communication, and career preparation. This experience allows me to help students build practical English skills they can use in interviews, meetings, presentations, professional emails, academic settings, and everyday conversations.

I am patient, supportive, organized, and committed to helping each student grow in confidence. I understand that every learner has different goals and challenges, so I adapt my teaching approach to meet each student’s individual needs. My goal is to make learning engaging, practical, and directly connected to real-life success.

About the lesson

My lessons are personalized, practical, and designed around your individual goals. I help adult learners and professionals improve their conversational English, Business English, workplace communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, professional writing, interview skills, and presentation confidence.

Each lesson may include guided conversation, real-world workplace scenarios, mock interviews, email-writing practice, grammar correction, pronunciation support, and constructive feedback. During our first session, I will assess your needs and develop a structured learning plan to help you make measurable progress.

My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and interactive. Whether you are preparing for a new job, seeking career advancement, improving your academic English, or simply wanting to speak more confidently, I will provide a supportive environment where you can practice comfortably and apply your new skills immediately.
