My approach to language learning is communicative. I use personalized lessons with your interests to facilitate conversations and develop your English abilities naturally. My lessons typically begin with conversation, followed by a grammar "mini lesson" to refine your skills. Then, we will discuss an article, topic, video, or photographs based on your interests and focus. Lessons conclude with a written or read-aloud activity to promote fluency. I am an experienced and dedicated teacher who currently teaches in an elementary school and an adult ESL community school. My experience is diverse and extensive. I have also taught abroad in Japan, so I can relate to the struggles of learning a new language! I will be there for you every step of the way with patience and guidance. My lessons are for students of all levels, ages, and areas of focus. As an expert in the English language, let me guide you through whatever learning journey you are on.
