About Philippe
Professional contemporary dancer recognized by my peers. For more than 15 years, I have participated with great satisfaction in more than 30 projects and choreographic tours in France, Europe and around the world. A teacher at heart, I also teach dance (State Diploma) alongside my career as an interpreter, to many audiences: professional and amateur dancers, teachers, high school students, children for different university, association or school structures and in many countries. I have always been passionate about improving health and personal development through movement and finesse physical exercise. Also, my dancing career ended, I found my second path: to devote myself with happiness to teaching for all bodily practices of well-being, health and performance. After years of training and practice of innovative techniques and passionate studies of movement with many mentors, I became Certified in the APOR Method of Dr B. de Gasquet "Abs, stop the massacre", trained in the Stott Pilates Method (Matwork I and II) and I acquire a solid university education in biomechanics and anatomy of movement (STAPS license). I am also certified in Qi Gong at Shiatsu College London. In constant research and reflection, I have never ceased to enthusiastically develop my teaching of “physical training” in finesse for 12 years with a large audience in collective, individual and also in company sessions. My particularity is that as a dancer, I have acquired, with experience, an expertise of the body in movement. During my classes, sessions or workshops, I pay particular attention to the precision and efficiency of the execution of movements, exercises and postures for a new ease, strength and flexibility of the body. MY COMMITMENT: to allow everyone to move better… to live better!

1 in 2 people have recurring back pain. This is obviously not inevitable! The long sitting posture at the office or poorly executed physical or sporting practices can be a source of discomfort, pain, stiffness. And lead to chronic back pain as well as reduced body mobility. The cause ? A decrease in the tone of the back and deep abdominals. Simple and effective learning can considerably reduce these risks and restore confidence in your body. My individual or group sessions are based on the Dr de Gasquet Method *. It has now become THE benchmark for strengthening overall body muscle and the entire deep abdominal strap, without hurting yourself. !!! The protection of the back and the abs are the common threads of this method thanks to a correct posture and free breathing. Pelvic floor work is associated with breathing in all postures, exercises or movements. The Gasquet Method is based on a body approach derived from Yoga. I put my expertise in the body in motion (20 years of high-level contemporary dance) to offer you progressive, evolving sessions, adapted to each one and which respects your physical integrity. IMPORTANT: these sessions are more than a series of exercises or movements to strengthen yourself. They specifically target issues related to the back or body imbalances. The effectiveness of the principles of the Gasquet Method allows you a real bodily resilience, a rebirth to quickly regain flexibility, strength and bodily mobility. During the sessions, I offer 3 areas of intervention: 1- Understand and effectively correct your postures and positions in everyday life, at the office or at sport / Learn spinal decompression exercises. 2- Complete bodywork (standing, seated or on the floor) gently adapted to your problems: full sheathing without risk of deep abs and effective stretching skilful without compressing the spine dynamic and powerful overall strengthening 3 - Reinvesting daily learning: better breathing, posturing, carrying, running, walking, practicing sports, swimming ... This practice gives you the ability to move skillfully, powerfully and without pain. You will have the invigorating keys to regain: overall body mobility, tonicity of the back and abs general flexibility confidence in your abilities… at work and in everyday life. * The Gasquet Method was chosen by the French Olympic trampoline team and by the judoka Teddy Riner for the effectiveness of the integral sheathing.

Avec sa connaissance précise de l'anatomie et du corps en mouvement, Philippe propose des séances de grande qualité (précision du geste, de la posture avec une attention de sa part pour une bonne exécution de celles-ci). Mais rigueur ne veut pas dire ennui !! Ces séances restent toutefois ludiques et non routinières.
J'ai plus conscience de mon corps et de ses possibilités.. Je récupère en tonicité et je me sens à la fois plus "déliée" et plus "ancrée" à la fin des séances ! Du coup on gagne en confiance !J'ai découvert Philippe et la méthode Gasquet il y a un peu plus de 3 ans. Les cours se font dans la bonne humeur, dans un climat de confiance même à distance. Philippe est exigeant tout en étant à l'écoute de chacun chacune. La méthode Gasquet est une méthode très intéressante car elle s'inscrit dans une approche de développement durable du corps. En un mot, faites du Gasquet avec Philippe. C'est un super coach.
Le très grand professionnalisme et la disponibilité de Philippe vous assurent des séances d'une réelle qualité. Un travail en conscience, tout en précisions, profondeur et ressentis, et des consignes très explicites sécurisent chacune des postures explorées, sous l’œil bienveillant et toujours en alerte de Philippe. Du cousu main pour le plus grand bénéfice corporel. Je recommande totalement.
Pédagogue, attentionné, bienveillant, Philippe propose des exercices de très grande qualité. Personnellement ses cours sont les meilleurs que j'ai suivis. Ils sont excellents tant pour le physique - mon dos se porte beaucoup mieux lorsque je pratique régulièrement - que pour le moral !

Mes abdominaux sont plus toniques, le dos remusclé en profondeur., Du coup, je cours plus légèrement et efficacement. Mes performances sont meilleures pour une fatigue moindre.
