About Mayank
I am a personal trainer and a nutritionist certified from k11 academy of fitness sciences. I’m nsqf level 4 certified and reps india level 3 certified fitness trainer. I have worked for a year at ufc gym punjabi bagh and now working as a freelance and online fitness coach. I’ve worked with over 200 people till now out of which 120 were transformed through online live sessions and nutrition counselling only. My service will provide you with live interactive workout sessions followed by some nutrition advice because i work as a nutritionist also. The class generally includes the basic initial warmup followed by main workout with whatever equipments available to you with me correcting you every second with your form and technique.
