About Ritu
“Happiness is highest form of health”. But 5 years back I was doing sitting job where I valued work & money more than health. Also, I faced thyroid with no strength. That condition challenged me & Since then I never looked back. Fitness has always been my 1st love which helped me mentally & physically. Now I don’t see myself without workout. A very important thing to note here is that when we talk of Health, we not only talk about the physical appearance of someone but rather the cohesive betterment of an individual.
