About Raphael
Hi, I’m Raphael — your friendly Maths expert with over 6 years of experience teaching students from Grade 2 to Grade 12, including KS1–KS3, 11+, Common Entrance, and GCSE.
I turn confusing Maths into “Ohhh, that makes sense!” moments. My lessons are simple, fun, and engaging — because maths should never be boring.

Mathematics can be challenging, but with patience, encouragement, and the right approach, it can become simple and enjoyable.
I believe my teaching reflects my core values — helping each child truly understand Maths by breaking concepts into clear, manageable steps and using learning strategies that suit the individual child until clarity is achieved.
I go beyond teaching content by encouraging my students, celebrating milestones with small rewards, and creating a supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and confident.
My goal is not just academic improvement, but helping each child feel motivated, capable, and cared for as they grow step by step.
