About Sandy
I am an experienced teacher who can help tutor you in Biology, AP Biology, or AICE (Cambridge) Marine Science. Clarity and ease of understanding are the most important things to me, and I ensure that I offer that to my students. I have taught at the high school level for over 10 years. Prior to teaching, I worked as a microbiologist.

In addition to tutoring, I also offer a 6 week prep course where I cover material that you would see in AP Biology or AICE Marine Science, if you are planning on taking either of those courses in the upcoming school year.
My prep courses are designed to introduce you to all of the units, expectations and labs that you would see in those courses and will help give you an advantage and make things easier for you during the school year.
I offer flexible schedule that makes it easy for me to work with you.
