About Gui

I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher in the yoga and meditation capital of the world, Rishikesh, located in the foothills of the Himalayas in North India. Currently, I am a Yoga & Meditation teacher at the Kashish Yoga school in Goa India, giving Meditation classes to future Yoga Teachers.

I also teach and guide Meditation in the Circles Live app. Live meditations.

About the lesson

I express my knowledge and experience creating hybrid Yoga classes that consist of combining different Yoga & Meditation techniques in the same session. Resulting in more enjoyable, interesting, and effective experiences to elevate de self.
Discover Pranayama, the set of breathing techniques framed in the practice of Yoga.
Sessions are specially tailored to your needs. They are also oriented to coaching and mentoring. I will teach you various ways to relax, calm your mind, and become more aware, and reconnect with your inner power. They will also be promoting therapeutic states of healing.
