About Drage
I am a certified international dispute mediator in Germany. I also have a bachelor's degree in international business administration and am certified as a Scrum Master. I currently teach courses on conflict and conflict management. I also speak 4 languages fluently and one as a beginner.

Mediation is a globally approved and verified confidential process that helps people resolve their disputes. The process begins with the first session, in which we discuss conflict and understand how conflict mediation works. We then decide if mediation is something that could help you. Mediation itself has 5 phases: 1. Introduction 2. Issues of the conflict 3. Clarify different points of view and perspectives 4. Possible solutions 5. Agreement and eventually Signing of the Agreement Together with techniques and principles for good communication, the Most conflicts with the most important requirement, which is the will. In the end, as a mediator I am like a referee to maintain or establish a communication, in which the parties really understand each other.
