I spend 30 minutes on a discovery call with a new client to discuss and understand their challenges. I then design a coaching program specifically for the client based on their unique circumstances and needs.
The coaching programs can vary between 6 weeks to 12 weeks.. I am available to my clients via WhatsApp or Email for those times when a client needs to touch base ourside of our coaching sessions.
Once the coaching program is completed, I have a free check in call with my clients to make sure they are still doing well and off to live their best life.
