About Lea
My name is Léa, I am a life coach with a Personal and Professional Coach diploma, issued by the French School of Coaching and recognized by the EMCC (the European Coaching Council).
Why did I become a Life Coach?
I went through hardships and made difficult choices in my life, this allowed me to develop a certain maturity from a young age and to get closer to what seems really essential to me. So, after several years as an employee in marketing, I decided to change careers and to undertake in order to be able to align myself with my life mission: to help others.
Coaching came as a matter of course for my loved ones and me… My entourage describes me as a sunny, dynamic, caring and attentive person. I am a curious person who constantly needs to learn new things, so I resumed my studies a few years ago to train myself in coaching and, since obtaining my diploma, I continue to instruct to improve and expand my practice.
Pedagogy is very important to me, I take the time to explain to my clients the concepts and patterns that correspond to them so that they can self-analyze and self-correct later.
What differentiates me from many coaches is that I am very logical and Cartesian, there is nothing mystical in my practice, all the elements that I bring to you are concrete.
My clients benefit from my active listening and my support to enable them to move forward on the right path. I guide them in order to find the most appropriate solutions to their problems. I am very flexible and I often support my clients on several issues at the same time. I adapt the coaching to the client concerned, each support is personalized.
I also support companies that take their development and the development of their employees to heart.

As a certified life coach, my mission is to support you in your life change and to allow you to overcome the difficulties that arise for you, whether personal, professional or relational.
This process allows you to clearly define your objective, ie your ideal situation. It allows you to do a deep introspection, to remove fears and obstacles to your personal development, and to find concrete solutions to your life problems.

Des cours de danse à la Beyoncé, c’est exactement ce que je cherchais et grâce à Lea je peux le faire donc bravo et merci !
