I have been teaching English online to Chinese young learners for two years now. I teach one kid in every 25 minutes. It means I can teach 4 kids an hour it depends on how many kids I am willing to book per day. Since I am teaching 2-8 years old and most of them are in the ages of 2-5 years old, there is no need to grade them according to the grading system at school.

I teach English to 2-8 years old Chinese kids. Before giving them a proper lesson, I always going to give them a warm-up such as telling your name and asking their names. As a teacher, I always sing a song for them and ask them to sing with you. Then, tell them if they can do good you can give them a high five, a big star or anything rewards for them. I can start the lesson which is provided by the company I am working on. What inspires me so much is that, although they can't speak English well, the willingness is always there. They enjoy learning especially once giving them stars as a reward if they can follow you as their teacher.
