About Jillian
Jillian has had a lifelong passion for movement and fitness. Though it was
Pilates that truly captured her heart, which led her to pursue becoming an
instructor. She obtained her mat certification through Core Pilates NYC
followed by her reformer certification at Caya Studio on Long Island. She has
a passion for honoring the classical foundations of the Pilates method while
also bringing a contemporary approach that feels accessible and
empowering for different bodies and experience levels.
