About Kaitlyn
I am an outgoing passionate educator who loves math. I have been invovled in numerous courses and inclass pilot projects specializing in targetting student weakness and closing gaps. I have been teaching math for the past 5 years and I am certified to teach K-10 math. I am passionate on helping students understand the process and not memorizing a procedure. I also have a background in special education and have a wide range of experience modifying lessons to meet the needs of students.

I specialize in targeted math intervetion and helping you ahcieve the foundational skills required to be succesful in all strands of math. I indivdualize my lessons to ensure it meets the interest and needs of my students. I promote hard work, making mistakes and asking questions. Together I will ensure you child builds confiendence and skills in math. I offer a variety lessons ranging from problem solving to skill building. **All my lessons are aligned with the updated 2020 math curriculum.
