About Dawn
With more than 20 years of classroom experience, over 30 years of private mathematics tutoring, and extensive leadership in curriculum development, I bring the expertise, professionalism, and dedication needed to help students succeed. I have taught gifted, honors, college-preparatory, and homeschool students while developing rigorous mathematics curricula and mentoring students both academically and personally. My experience as a curriculum coordinator, educator, and tutor has strengthened my ability to adapt instruction to each student’s unique learning style while maintaining high academic standards. Families can be confident that I will provide reliable, engaging, and individualized instruction designed to build confidence and long-term success in mathematics.

Students need confidence! Each lesson will lay a firm foundation upon which the student can build. It’s extremely important that topics be taught with passion and clarity. I take that seriously and find it rewarding to watch students gain confidence while delighting in the subject. Yes! You can delight in math even if it’s just catching a little of my joy through the process! I also value mastery and have proven systems toward that goal.
