About Özge
I was born in Bursa on 13.04.1995. I started my sports life with gymnastics. After quitting gymnastics at the age of 18, I chose the veterinary technician department at the university, but thanks to my longing for sports, I came back and completed my pilates instructor MAT and REFORMER trainings and certificates. I am currently continuing my online and one-to-one lessons in Istanbul.

Three days a week, we will start the first week at the beginner level. In the following weeks, we will continue our high-tempo lessons by including the equipment we have determined together. Our priority will always be to strengthen our weak muscle groups :) In our program, we will enter a process where we will have fun while getting tired, program together from our diet to bedtime and get fast results. :)

Bugün itibariyle özge hocayla 5. dersimizi bitirdik . Skolyozuma özel hareketlerle zorlamadan güçlendirmek ve esnemek üzerine daha yoğun çalışıyoruz. Sadece mat pilatesi değil kardiyo ve esnetmeyede yer veriyor çok disiplinli ve eğlenceli biri kendisini gerçekten çok sevdim teşekkürler hocamm
Özge hocamla birebir derslerimiz oluyordu taşınma sebebim ile şimdi online olarak devam ediyoruz. Hepsi çok keyifli ve faydalı geçiyor kendisine teşekkür ediyorum :)
Özge hocam sayesinde kısa sürede çok güzel sonuçlar aldım, güler yüzlülüğü ve bitmeyen enerjisiyle derslerimiz harika geçiyor, kilo vermek ve sıkılaşmak için derslere başlamıştım, hocam sayesinde tam 11 kilo verdim. İşini severek ve profesyonelce yapan biri, platese başlamak isteyenlere özge hocamı gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim..
Özge hoca ile yaptığımız her ders inanılmaz eğlenceli geçiyor! Özellikle yağ yakma üzerine yaptığımız hiit kardiyo ve fonksiyonel antrenmanlara bayılıyorum herkese tavsiye ederim :)
