Lessons are usually 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on your needs. I am a certified Meditation & Holistic Counsellor with practical experience guiding people in real-life situations. My sessions are for beginners and advanced learners of all ages who want relaxation, emotional healing, and a peaceful mind.
