About Valerie
I have been practicing and certified as a mindfulness teacher for over 15 years. I am also a board-certified hypnotherapist and certified holistic health coach. I also have somatic therapy certification as well. I have been teaching mindfulness and emotional resiliency to children ages 4-17 and adults as well.
