About Tracey

I am a Certified Neuroencoding Specialist (trained & certified by Joseph McClendon 3). I have been studying the ‘mind’ for almost a decade, in turn, healing & transforming my own life. I am passionate about helping & supporting others, to live their own lives to their fullest potential. I have been on my own spiritual journey too, with multiple awakenings, more so over the past year, which means intuitive guidance is used at times too! And….. on top of all the above, I am a mum of 6 (4x ASD/adhd), ’9yrs - 25yrs’.

About the lesson

We will begin your journey of getting back into alignment with your own ’self’, by initially getting to know the ‘you’ you are now, and recognising where I can best support & guide you. With each additional session (typically 1hr), we will take note of any blocks that may be present. I will be guiding you through the process, & giving you tools & techniques to overcome them. We will see where your energy is focused & where this can be altered. You will change outdated habits that no longer serve you. You will come into ‘alignment’ with ‘you’. I typically work with adults for these sessions, though they are suited for children that may be struggling too. As a mum of 6, I have plenty of experience supporting my own children, while others have reached out & opened up to me for support & guidance over the years as well. I have supported multiple men too, who have struggled with their own self-esteem, with amazing results showing as heightened confidence & ‘self’ acceptance. All sessions are confidential & completed in a safe space, allowing you to feel at ease. (Side note; safe space your side, is dependent on where ‘you choose’ to take part) Each session is typically 1-2hrs
