About Miwa
I’m Miwa, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach and certified Fitness Trainer. My journey into nutrition coaching started from my own struggles with stress eating, cravings, and feeling disconnected from my body’s signals.
For years, I felt stuck in the cycle of training hard, trying to “eat healthy,” and still ending up stress eating. The more I followed the typical “eat less, move more” advice, the worse I felt — low energy, poor sleep, and stronger cravings. That experience completely changed the way I think about nutrition. Instead of blaming myself for lacking discipline, I started studying nutrition science and realised that cravings are often not about willpower, but a sign that the body is under-fuelled, stressed, or out of balance.
Once I learned how to properly nourish my body, healthy eating finally became sustainable instead of restrictive — and that’s the approach I now bring into my coaching.

My coaching is not about restrictive diets or a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, I create a nutrition strategy around your lifestyle, schedule, and personal goals so healthy habits become sustainable and easily integrated in your life. Together, we focus on:
