About Annie
I am a Bachelor of English graduate from York University with an OCT (Ontario College of Teachers) certification and license to teach. I have 8 years of experience teaching students as young as age 4 (Kindergarten) to age 12 (Grade 6).
I am a determined and enthusiastic individual and love helping others. I aim to help every student feel more confident in the classroom.

A free initial assessment of the student's skill will help me create a detailed lesson plan which will incorporate the content they are currently learning. Once the student progresses, they will be challenged further at a higher ability from the next grade content to prepare them for the following school year.
During my 8 year teaching career, I have taught students of various ages up to Grade 6. I teach from the Canadian Curriculum to ensure all school guidelines are met and exceeded.
I will make sure your child thoroughly understands the material by using various teaching methods appropriate for all academic levels. With 8 years of teaching experience I can identify different types of learners and adapt teaching methods to enhance student learning and ensure success.
