About Ksenija
I am a pedagogue currently working on my master’s thesis on shyness as a predictor of hypoactivity in preschool children. I have practical experience with students and adolescents, having conducted mental health workshops and completed an internship at a youth center working with young people facing challenges in mental health. One of the main focuses of my sessions is active listening and asking insightful questions to guide the person I work with. I dedicate my full attention to conversations, helping clients explore their challenges, understand underlying causes, and develop personalized strategies to overcome them. My sessions emphasize practical techniques such as self-reflection exercises, journaling, and active listening. Each lesson is tailored to the individual’s needs, combining reflective conversations with practical exercises and assignments to reinforce growth. What sets me apart is my personal experience with mental health and developmental challenges. Having gone through similar phases myself, I bring empathy, emotional maturity, and stability to my work. I am committed to supporting clients holistically, providing tools and guidance to help them grow, build confidence and develop essential life skills.
