About Joanna
I am a certified Personal Development and Positive Psychology Coach, Facilitator and Mindfulness Teacher. I began working in the education, well-being and personal development field in 2011, as a music mentor with The Stride Foundation.
After completing my degree in music in 2014 and working extensively in the music industry, I decided to follow a new pathway to support others in reaching their full potential. I gained my credentials in Life Coaching, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Mental Health First Aid.
During this time, I worked as a coach in Anxiety Free Living, before starting my business Create Your Life Academy where I have worked with over 100 clients to date.

There's no one size fits all in supporting people to reach their goals, or overcome challenges. This is why I have expanded my expertise to tailor my lessons to best suit my clients.
