About William
I'm a fifth-year medical student, passionate about science, nutrition, sports, and psychology applied to performance. For me, training isn't just about aesthetics: it was a real turning point during a difficult time in my life, helping me regain balance, mental strength, and well-being. Since then, I've been constantly studying science-based training, nutrition, and the best strategies for achieving concrete and sustainable results. I deeply believe that training can improve not only your physique, but also your self-esteem, energy, mood, and mental discipline. When well-structured, training becomes a powerful tool for feeling better about yourself.

I can work with you: - via webcam - in person outdoors (park, dedicated area) - in person at home - independently with a personalized schedule, with feedback and technical corrections. I will help you improve your execution, posture, and technique to minimize the risk of injury and maximize results in the shortest possible time. I'm not your typical personal trainer who gets distracted while you train: throughout the program, I will be present, attentive, and focused on your progress, providing continuous feedback and strategies to improve every detail. My method My motto is: "understanding = love." Understanding the reason behind every exercise, every dietary choice, and every habit creates awareness, and awareness leads to consistency. To do this, we'll also use psychological strategies and motivational techniques to maintain discipline and make training a natural and rewarding part of your life.
