About Jr
Growing up in San Francisco I was real big on playing sports. Baseball was my first love then came football and basketball. I played multiple sports all threw out high school and started taking weight training serious. I started training clients right after high school at 19 years old. Since then I've trained hundreds of clients at 32 years old.
