About Carlos
Hi, I’m Carlos, a personal trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. My approach combines scientific principles with practical coaching to create training programs that are both effective and sustainable.
I work with clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters and athletes. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, improved mobility, increased strength, better athletic performance, or simply feeling better in your everyday life, I’ll design a personalized plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.
I’ve helped clients overcome injuries, chronic pain, mobility limitations, and health challenges while building long-term habits that lead to lasting results. My focus isn’t just on getting you through a workout—it’s on teaching you proper movement, keeping you accountable, and giving you the confidence to continue progressing long after our sessions.

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, returning after an injury, or looking to take your performance to the next level, my coaching is built around you. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, allowing me to create evidence-based training programs that prioritize results, safety, and long-term success.
Every session is personalized to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. I specialize in fat loss, muscle building, strength development, mobility, corrective exercise, functional fitness, and athletic performance. I also have experience working with clients managing chronic pain, previous injuries, joint issues, and medical conditions by modifying training to help them move confidently and safely.
My coaching goes beyond simply counting reps. I’ll teach you proper exercise technique, explain the purpose behind your program, help you build sustainable habits, and keep you accountable every step of the way. My goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed both inside and outside the gym.
