I’m a fitness enthusiast and personal trainer who has spent years understanding how the body responds to training, nutrition, and consistency. My journey started with my own transformation, which taught me that real results come from discipline, patience, and the right guidance.
I want to share my knowledge because I know how confusing fitness can be in the beginning. There’s too much misinformation, and many people don’t know where to start or what actually works. My goal is to simplify that process and help you train with clarity and confidence.

My training programs are designed to be flexible and result-oriented, depending on your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, strength, or overall fitness).
Personal Training (1-on-1): ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month
(Includes customized workout plan, weekly progress tracking, and diet guidance)
Online Coaching: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month
(Workout + diet plan, regular check-ins, and form correction support)
Group Training Sessions: ₹2,000 – ₹3,500 per month
(Budget-friendly option with structured workouts in a group setting)
Single Session: ₹500 – ₹800 per session
I also offer custom packages based on your specific needs and duration.
